How does an “a la carte” event order work?

100% designer’s choice, colorful, unique & seasonal arrangements “from the menu”.

DOES NOT include custom visual proposal, ceremony installations, rental items/breakdown, or significant communication.

A great option for folks with a smaller floral budget and more open vision! Orders require a $1k minimum total, and can be for pick-up or delivery with added fee.

  • All products are 100% designer’s choice, meaning we do not create a custom mood board/visual proposal for you (if you’re looking for full service weddings with a $5k minimum inquire here).

    We do accept a design note such as “all warm tones”, “white/greens only”, “NO ORANGE”, or “no sunflowers”. We otherwise default to creating unique & colorful, whimsical designs based on what is in season.

    All vases/packaging is included and yours to keep.

  • You may order up to 1 year in advance and no later than 1 month prior. If you are having a last minute emergency, please email emalee@birdseedflorals.com with specifics.

  • For delivery to your venue, we add a $300 flat fee. This may increase for extra long trips.

    Pickup at our home studio in Glenmoore, (Chester County) PA is free and arranged via email. (Typically scheduled for the morning-of or possibly day-before event).
