All products are 100% designer’s choice, meaning we do not create a custom mood board/visual proposal. If available on your date (unavailable for some dates in the height of our wedding season), you will receive a quick quote, I’ll answer any questions and then send a contract & invoice.
We do accept a design note such as “all warm tones”, “white/greens only”, “NO ORANGE”, “no sunflowers”, etc. We otherwise default to creating unique & colorful, whimsical designs based on what is in season.

Delivery and brief set-up by a Bird Seed team member is added to your order. You provide the timeline for your event including earliest set up time, and guest arrival.
You may keep the arrangements (or gift them to guests as favors) following the event. We do not return for breakdown. *Please note if you are having a large event and want to special-request rental of our unique vases & a breakdown service.*
